Responsibilities: • Appropriately file all automotive documents such as maintenance records, invoices, repair orders, and more • Follow up after completed service appointments to ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle repairs • Communicate necessary repairs to customers scheduling service appointments by explaining automotive technology in a clear, digestible manner • Oversee the schedule for service department technicians’ repairs • Arrange for timely vehicle pick-up at the dealership following the completion of work orders Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED is mandatory • Possession of a valid, state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record is integral • Must have problem-solving and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other fundamental programs • Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed • Prior experience in a service advisor role not required but is highly preferred Compensation: 60,000 - 100000 yearly
