Product Marketing Manager

The Opportunity

As our Founding PMM, you'll play a key role in driving Reducto's self-service PLG and sales-led enterprise go-to-market motions. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering and GTM teams to drive new signups, product usage and enterprise expansion opportunities. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape GTM strategy and campaign execution as we grow.

What You'll Do:

• Own the product marketing function and lay the foundation for scaling our GTM team.
• Drive GTM campaigns and product launches, coordinating across product, design, growth, and sales to drive awareness and self-service adoption.
• Craft messaging and positioning for Reducto products that resonates with both technical personas (AI/ML engineers, software developers, data engineers, etc.) and enterprise buyer personas (executive buyers, product managers, line of business owners, etc.).
• Partner with product and growth to optimize the self-serve funnel, from activation through expansion, using product data to identify friction and opportunity.
• Develop ICP and persona intelligence, mapping buyer journeys for both self-service users and enterprise customers.
• Create compelling and effective technical marketing content including web, blog, video, and social media to fuel marketing campaigns and demand generation efforts.
• Work closely with GTM ops team to measure our impact to the sales & marketing funnel (web traffic, leads, sales opportunities, etc.) and implement improvements to accelerate conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
• Support sales enablement initiative that equip our teams to win: pitch decks, customer stories, competitive intelligence, and objection handling.

Bonus points if you:

• Have built product marketing function from scratch at an early-stage startup.
• Have experience marketing AI/ML, infrastructure, or document processing products
• Are fluent with marketing tooling - CRM platforms (eg Salesforce, Attio), interactive demos (eg Arcade, Storylane), web analytics (eg Google Analytics, PostHog), lead enrichment (eg Clay, Default), and data analysis & reporting (eg Hex).
• Care deeply about combining technical excellence with business impact.

Compensation for this role is $170,000-$215,000 + equity
