Clinical Lab Operator I-Temp
$24.42 - $30.53 per hourNatera

Responsibilities
- Assist in testing patient samples according to standard operating procedures
- Maintain equipment and instruments in proper operating condition including calibration
- Recognize, document, and escalate protocol deviations and equipment malfunctions to supervisors
- Manage laboratory inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment
- Provide onboarding guidance to new team members and support daily task completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biological science or related field
- 0-2 years of industry-related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with word processing and data management software
- Ability to discern color visually and pass screening assessment
- Pass post-offer criminal background check
Compensation: $24.42–$30.53 USD hourly (Austin, TX)
