Client Service Manager

Longwave Financial, an independent financial advisory firm, is excited to hire an experienced client service manager to support and enhance our dynamic growth. The Role: You will work together with the remote operations team to support our advisors with day to day operations. You will communicate via phone, Zoom and email with our wonderful clients daily, enhancing the relationship and providing an outstanding client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Initiating all paperwork for new and existing clients via DocuSign Process ACH and wire money movements Handling all client requests regarding data or documents Managing compliance requirements relating to paperwork Supporting account transfers and rollovers Your Experience: B.A. At least 5 years of hands-on client service/operations experience in a b/d or bank setting Series 7 & 66 licenses preferred but not required Your Skills: Attention to detail?
