This role supports employees and managers across the employee lifecycle while enabling HRBPs and senior HR leaders to focus on strategic partnership and complex advisory work.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS*** Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, resolving issues or routing appropriately* Administer employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, job changes, offboarding, and documentation* Support execution of annual HR programs such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts* Maintain accurate employee records and data integrity within HRIS* Prepare reports, data summaries, and materials to support HRBPs and leadership discussions* Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across affiliates**ADDITIONAL DUTIES*** Support enterprise-wide HR initiatives and pilots* Support HR communications and manager toolkits* Participate in HR process improvement and automation efforts* Assist with audits and compliance documentation**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS*** Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.* 3-5 years of generalist HR experience* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Well-developed writing and presentation skills.
