Location: 1900 Enterprise Parkway, Twinsburg, OH 44087
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Pay Range: $22.00 to $25.00/hourly

The Dixon Group is seeking a  Customer Service Representative to join our team in Twinsburg, OH !  In this role, you’ll be the voice of Dixon, helping customers find solutions, placing orders, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care. We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether you’re a recent graduate or looking to grow your career in customer service, we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions
• Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements
• Coordinate customer orders and product shipments

What We're Looking For:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study
• 2-3 years of experience in Customer Services, Inside Sales, or Administrative Support is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, team-oriented attitude
