Process Analyst

Ben jij een analytische professional met een passie voor onderzoek, technologie en procesverbetering? In deze uitdagende functie speel je een sleutelrol bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van nieuwe analysetechnieken. Je voert chemische, fysische en radiologische analyses uit, verwerkt en interpreteert de resultaten en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke rapportages. Vanuit jouw expertise ondersteun je proces- en projectingenieurs bij het valideren van nieuwe of aangepaste processen. Bepalen van de gepaste aanpak om nieuwe of gewijzigde procestechnieken te testen en te valideren zodat je ondersteuning kan leveren aan proces- en projectingenieurs bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe procestechnieken. Uitwerken en opstellen van validatiemethodieken en hiervoor het nodige opzoekwerk verrichten (wetenschappelijke literatuur, collega’s raadplegen, ...) Formuleren van adviezen aan hiërarchie en proces-en projectingenieurs. Analyseren van stalen in het kader van projecten om de nodige informatie te bezorgen aan project-en procesingenieurs bij het uitwerken van hun project/proces. Uittesten van processen op labo-schaal. Uitvoeren van chemische, fysico-chemische en chromatografische analyses. Uitvoeren van activiteitsmetingen. Verwerken, registreren en rapporteren van de analyseresultaten met als doel volledige en correcte informatie te bezorgen aan de project-en procesingenieurs. Samenbrengen en verwerken van meetgegevens. Formuleren van besluiten op basis van gevonden resultaten. Uitwerken en implementeren van nieuwe analyses en technieken en het opvolgen van nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Opmaken van adviesrapporten voor hiërarchie.
