This role reports directly to the General Manager and is based at our**San Franscico Outlet.** **HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE** Here’s how you’ll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise: * Strive to achieve individual daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales and KPI's. * Offer support to the General Manager by supervising the staff, providing feedback, drafting effective staff schedules, and ensuring optimal productivity. * Foster marketing initiatives through collaboration with the General Manager and local Marketing and CRM. * Champion, deliver and monitor a customer-centric culture. * Identify training and development needs and spend time with the store team providing coaching and training. * Support the General Manager in recruiting and onboarding top talent. * Keep the team motivated and engaged by establishing a culture of teamwork and high performance; proactively assist the team with issues and/or opportunities they may be facing. * Work with the General Manager to provide effective feedback on products and collections and stay updated on stock, consolidation, and transfers. * Assist with implementation and maintenance of the design and display guidelines from Visual Merchandising to maximize the store’s appeal. * Ensure the team’s appearance and attitude, the store experience, and all operational activities adhere to the Company Guidelines and the Zegna Code of Ethics. * Alongside the General Manager, implement Health & Safety regulation and supervise the attendance of the store team at H&S training courses. * Promote the usage of digital services to increase business opportunities and improve customer service. **WHO YOU ARE** This is how you show up: * You bring 4+ years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or a comparable client-focused leadership environment. * You are passionate about developing people and have a proven ability to coach, manage, and inspire high-performing teams. * You are confident using digital tools and CRM systems, and you understand how data drives action. * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where leadership, adaptability, and strategic thinking are key. * You possess strong written and verbal communication skills and easily connect with a diverse range of clients and colleagues. **YOUR ZEGNA OFFER** * Annual gross salary range:**$85,000K -$90,000K plus****bonus incentives.** * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with employer match, commuter benefits, and more. * Learning and development programs, including access to ZEGNA Made to Measure certification. * Paid vacation and holidays, based on tenure and role level **NATURALLY IN ZEGNA** Joining us means stepping into a world of excellence, where the uniqueness of our authenticity is rooted in the talents of our people, who together contribute to weaving a story of innovation and craftsmanship.
