As a Rental Rep, your primary responsibility is to develop new client relationships and grow revenue within your market. This is a business development role focused on creating opportunities, building trust, and developing a client portfolio over time. What You'll Be Doing Generating your own leads and business opportunities Building and managing your own portfolio of clients Meeting with prospects and clients in person regularly Attending productions, networking events, industry gatherings, and client meetings Identifying opportunities where Christie Lites can support upcoming productions and events Growing existing client relationships while continuously developing new ones Developing relationships with: Production Managers Producers Technical Directors Venues Corporate Event Teams Other entertainment and live event professionals What Success Looks Like Successful Rental Reps are constantly building their network and creating opportunities. You will not be handed a book of business. You will be expected to: Develop your own client relationships Build a pipeline of opportunities Create consistent face-to-face meetings Expand your professional network Grow revenue through long-term relationship development The strongest performers view their territory as their own business and actively invest in growing it.
