Director, Learning & Development

The Director of Learning & Development is responsible for the design, development, and execution of enterprise learning programs that support employee performance, engagement, and capability development. This role ensures learning initiatives are aligned with organizational priorities and operational needs while driving consistent, high-quality delivery across the organization. The Director partners with HR, Operations, and business leaders to identify skill gaps, implement scalable learning solutions, and continuously improve program effectiveness through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Learning Program Development & Execution: Design, build, and implement enterprise learning and development programs across clinical, operational, and corporate functions. Develop standardized curriculum, training materials, and learning pathways aligned with business priorities.
