About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Head of Talent Strategy and Development to lead the enterprise's talent efforts, ensuring the organization is equipped with the necessary leadership, capabilities, and workforce readiness to meet business objectives and support transformation. This senior role is pivotal in integrating leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning to drive business results, enhance engagement and retention, and foster organizational agility. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for talent development, partnering with senior leaders to design and deliver talent strategies, and overseeing core processes such as performance management, talent review, and succession planning. A key aspect of the role is to anticipate and address the workforce impacts of AI and automation, as well as to leverage data and insights to inform talent decisions and connect talent strategies to business outcomes. Applicants for the Global Head of Talent Strategy and Development position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive experience in talent management, leadership development, or related fields, with a proven track record of operating at an enterprise level. The role requires a strong strategic thinker with the ability to align talent strategies with business priorities, and a demonstrated ability to evolve and elevate core talent programs to meet changing organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong data orientation, expertise in training assessment instruments, and excellent facilitation, presentation, and business consulting skills. They should be adept at building strong, trust-based partnerships and have a focus on engagement, accountability, and growth. A practical, commercial mindset and the ability to translate leading practices into impactful solutions are also essential.
