Position Overview We are seeking compassionate and motivated Physical Therapists to join a well-established outpatient rehabilitation clinic serving the Kodiak community. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced clinicians and new graduates who are passionate about providing individualized patient care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The clinic follows a true 1:1 treatment model, allowing therapists the autonomy to deliver high-quality care while building meaningful relationships with their patients. Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Flexible scheduling available (including four 10-hour shifts for the right candidate)
- No evenings, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy
- One-on-one patient care
- Appointment times of approximately 45-60 minutes
- Patient population ranging from teenagers to older adults
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a collaborative team environment.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain Alaska licensure.
- CPR or BLS certification.
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to become credentialed with major insurance payers.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
