Position Logistics Coordinator Shift 2nd Shift Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm, Saturday 2pm-6pm Pay $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year + OT (Salary non-exempt) On Call After hours for emergencies Core Responsibilities Scheduling and assigning drivers to delivery routes Coordinating deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensuring compliance with customer requirements Collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations Maintaining a pool of independent contractor drivers and recruiting new contractors as necessary Managing billing and driver settlements daily utilizing eCourier software Preparing and submitting reports for clients and management Attending weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed Conducing meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns Covering open shifts or delivering routes in emergency situations Qualifications Excellent people and communication skills Customer service experience (retail and restaurant are good fit) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Strong ability to multitask and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in logistics and customer service Ability to work On-Call Attention to detail and time management skills Benefits Affordable medical, dental, and vision coverage available beginning on your 30th day PTO program for all associates, including paid holidays and vacation 401(k) with generous company match Tuition reimbursement program Excellent training and career advancement opportunities Grow your skills.
