Responsibilities Scheduling and assigning drivers to delivery routes, coordinating deliveries to meet client deadlines and ensuring compliance with customers' requirements, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, maintaining a pool of independent contractor drivers and recruiting new contractors as necessary, managing billing and driver settlements daily utilizing eCourier software, preparing and submitting reports for clients and management, attending weekly meetings to review service levels and implement corrective actions when needed, conducting meetings with independent contractors to address performance and concerns, covering open shifts or delivering routes in emergency situations.
