Location: Plano, TX 75024 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $26.00–$26.21 per hour

Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with strong process management and analytical skills? Join our team as a Process Coordinator and play a key role in supporting fleet operations and delivering a seamless vehicle lifecycle experience.

In this role, you'll help coordinate essential fleet management processes, including vehicle ordering and delivery, registration, telematics, maintenance, claims support, and vehicle remarketing. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, maintain accurate documentation, and use data to support efficient operations and continuous improvement.

Fleet management experience is not required! If you have experience in process coordination, project management, documentation, and Microsoft Office tools, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Coordination: Support day-to-day fleet operations and help ensure business processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Vehicle Lifecycle Support: Assist with vehicle ordering, delivery tracking, registration, license and title processing, and registration renewals.

• Telematics & Inventory: Coordinate telematics installations and assist with inventory tracking and management.

• Claims & Remarketing: Provide operational support for vehicle claims management, maintenance processes, and vehicle remarketing activities.

• Stakeholder Support: Respond to inquiries, coordinate follow-ups, and work with internal teams and business partners to resolve process-related issues.

• Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), gather data, prepare reports, and support business analytics.

• Meetings & Collaboration: Facilitate meetings, communicate updates, and help track action items to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Top Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in process management, project coordination, operations, or a related field.

• Strong documentation skills, including experience creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), process guides, or workflow documentation.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint , including data organization, reporting, and presentations.

• Experience facilitating meetings, coordinating activities, and following up with stakeholders.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Education & Experience

• A degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with call center agents or customer support teams.

• Exposure to fleet operations, vehicle administration, registration, or claims processes is a plus, but fleet management experience is not required .
