LeaderStat has partnered with Regina Health Center to recruit an exceptional Executive Director (LNHA) for one of Ohio's most unique faith-based skilled nursing communities. Nestled on the beautiful 230-acre Mt. Augustine campus in Richfield, Regina Health Center provides compassionate, person-centered care to members of Catholic religious communities and others who desire a faith-centered environment. The Executive Director will lead a dedicated team of approximately 220 employees while partnering closely with the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine to ensure exceptional resident care, operational excellence, and stewardship of this remarkable community. What You'll Bring Proven Executive Director or Nursing Home Administrator leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting Active LNHA license in Ohio Strong operational, financial, and team leadership skills A passion for mission-driven, resident-centered care Ability to build relationships with staff, residents, families, and community stakeholders Why Regina Health Center?
