Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to develop customized treatment plans tailored to their individual needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Maintain updated and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards, ensuring each client's care remains a priority.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on serving a diverse clientele who may have limited access to mental health support, providing care that addresses various concerns, including emotional distress, personal challenges, trauma recovery, and relationship dynamics. Understanding the unique histories and needs of each client will be essential in tailoring your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of experience in a counseling environment, demonstrating a commitment to delivering quality care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
