Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor will include:

• Providing clinical services through telehealth platforms, ensuring access to mental health support for clients in various locations.

• Developing and implementing thorough, individualized, and recovery-oriented treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will primarily work with diverse adult clients aged 18 and older who may struggle with mental illnesses such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Many of these individuals face significant challenges in maintaining stability in their personal lives due to their mental health conditions. Your role will be crucial in guiding them towards recovery and independence by implementing tailored interventions that suit their specific circumstances and goals.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current state license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• The ability to provide care independently without supervision, as well as a clean disciplinary record on their license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster a compassionate and effective therapeutic relationship with clients.

• A proficient level of comfort with technology, enabling seamless use of telehealth systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:
