Job Description
Support commercial brokers and asset managers with the administration and coordination of office and retail real estate activities. This role emphasizes transaction coordination, lease administration, market research, client and tenant communication, and preparation of AIR Forms, with no travel or property-site activity required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from initiation through completion.
- Administer leases and maintain accurate lease-related records.
- Conduct market and property research for office and retail opportunities.
- Communicate with clients and tenants regarding transaction and lease matters.
- Prepare AIR Forms and other transaction documents.
- Prepare and organize documents for deals, due diligence, and closing activities.
- Manage property listings and track transaction progress.
- Prepare reports and support ongoing administrative needs for commercial brokers and asset managers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate administration.
