What You'll Do:

• Lead functional activities for assigned applications, including requirements gathering, functional specifications, data analysis, project estimates, and coordination of project team meetings.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts; coordinate testing activities and ensure issues are documented, resolved, and validated prior to implementation.
• Partner with business and technology teams to understand requirements, support system enhancements and integrations, and provide guidance on the impact of enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and functional lead, collaborating with vendors and project teams while mentoring less-experienced team members on application training, research, and project methodologies.
• Support post-implementation activities, including gathering feedback, resolving issues, reviewing actual results against project plans, and ensuring adherence to business, risk, regulatory, audit, and technology standards.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in enterprise IT environments, preferably with infrastructure, monitoring, or operations teams
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting governance forums and executive reporting
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Capacity Reporting

What Sets You Apart:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or Business
• Experience with capacity management, observability, or enterprise monitoring platforms
• Familiarity with capacity planning, forecasting, and demand management concepts
• Experience developing dashboards and analytics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of industry frameworks (e.g., ITIL, NIST, FFIEC) related to capacity and availability
• Strong ability to analyze, aggregate, and interpret data across multiple sources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages.

• Proven understanding of applications supported with a sound good knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications.

• Good understanding of the Bank's application framework.
• Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms.
• Ability to understand business supported and its terminology.
• Ability to effectively present to all levels of management.
• Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex to complex projects.
• Ability to coordinate between applications and business units.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously.
• Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates.
