Licensing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Licensing Specialist to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting license applications, managing renewals, and ensuring compliance with state regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities Prepare and submit license applications for clients across multiple states Track and manage license renewal deadlines Communicate with state regulatory agencies regarding application status and requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation in our proprietary systems Research state-specific licensing requirements and regulatory changes Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of client projects Qualifications 2+ years of experience in licensing, compliance, or related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with NMLS preferred Bachelor's degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Cornerstone Support Llc
