Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities, limitations, and needs, then create a tailored treatment plan in accordance with physician referrals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques to implement individualized treatment programs, adapting approaches as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes clearly and concisely using professional terminology, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and billing practices.
• Supervise and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages ongoing professional development and team success.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals, to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress toward established goals, modifying treatment plans based on ongoing assessment of effectiveness and patient feedback.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, attending workshops, seminars, and training programs to maintain expertise in the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
