Your Role In This Mission

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting necessary diagnostic tests, and developing tailored care plans
• Providing diagnoses and treatment for acute, chronic, or episodic illnesses, working independently or alongside physicians as authorized by your credentials
• Guiding patients and their families on wellness strategies, prevention, and management of health conditions
• Prescribing treatments and medications within your practice scope

Educational Prerequisites

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Credentials

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Texas
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
