Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Life Compass Mental Clinic, you will:

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop appropriate and effective treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups. These may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Compassionately guide clients through their therapeutic journeys, offering support and empowering them to achieve their personal goals.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care that addresses mental, emotional, and social needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by keeping informed on the latest research in mental health and participating in relevant workshops.

Qualifications\n
