Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans addressing clients' unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic treatment and care continuity.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring confidentiality and best practices.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, trainings, and remaining informed about current research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing an array of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
