Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet specific client needs.

• Implement therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to promote healing.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans, establishing clear and attainable goals in collaboration with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance-based bonuses.
