Business Development Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the insurance industry, build relationships, and grow into a sales-focused role . What You’ll Do Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach (calls, email, social, etc.) Generate and qualify leads, with the goal of setting initial meetings for our sales team Communicate our value proposition to prospective clients and introduce our services Support the sales process by tracking and managing leads within CRM systems Conduct outreach to both new prospects and previously engaged leads Partner closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and move opportunities forward Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitive landscape Training & Development Structured onboarding program with hands-on training Opportunity to sit in on client and prospect meetings Exposure to different industries and business strategies Ongoing mentorship with a clear path for career growth into sales or consulting roles What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with outreach and relationship-building Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, etc.) is a plus Nice to Have Prior experience in sales, business development, or cold calling Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience This is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn, build a foundation in business development, and grow into a long-term career in the industry. #J-18808-Ljbffr
