Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients through video chat, offering flexible scheduling based on personal and client needs.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health through professional assessments and provide appropriate diagnoses, including conditions such as anxiety, depression, and grief.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with are primarily adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. They are pre-screened to ensure they are stable and ready to engage in therapy. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range between USD 120,000 – 140,000, depending on the therapist's hours worked and overall caseload. We provide a significant sign-on bonus to welcome new therapists and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, reinforcing our commitment to the well-being of our team.
