Work Environment\n

This is a remote, telehealth position that provides the flexibility and convenience of working from home, eliminating the need for daily commuting. You will connect with clients through secure video chat sessions, allowing you to conduct therapy in a comfortable and private setting for both you and your clients. Our scheduling allows for work-life balance, as you can establish your own hours within the framework of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without any on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to enhance their mental well-being.

• Act as a client advocate, assisting them in defining realistic and achievable personal goals.

• Utilize a combination of clinical assessments and interviews to evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and create tailored treatment plans employing solution-focused methodologies.

• Document client progress meticulously in adherence to best practices and organizational policies, ensuring continuity of care.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to share insights and continuously enhance treatment strategies aimed at improving client outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on serving stable, low-acuity adults who are looking for support in their mental health journeys. Many clients come to us seeking guidance for anxiety, depression, relational challenges, and self-improvement. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses is mandatory:

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Compensation ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, adjusted based on your experience and the number of hours worked.
