Salary: $175K Base; OTE: $295K

Interviews: 3 rounds – first 2 virtual and final in person in Charlotte, NC

Required Skills & Experience:

\n

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience within SaaS organizations.

\n

• Proven success building, leading, and scaling high-performing sales teams.

\n

• Demonstrated track record of driving significant revenue growth in a growth-stage business. • Experience selling SaaS and CRM solutions to the real estate industry.

\n

• Strong expertise with Salesforce, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and sales process optimization. • Experience developing repeatable sales processes and performance metrics that support scale.

\n

• Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent.

\n

• Strong analytical, communication, and executive leadership skills.

\n

• Ability to work East Coast business hours and travel as needed.

\n

Job Description:

\n

Seeking a strategic, hands-on Head of Sales to lead the next phase of our growth. This individual will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to drive revenue growth, build and develop a high-performing sales organization, and create the processes needed to scale the business in revenue. This is a true player-coach role for a sales leader who enjoys being both strategic and operational. The ideal candidate has deep experience selling SaaS solutions within the real estate industry, a proven track record of growing revenue and developing sales teams, and the ability to balance executive-level planning with frontline sales execution. As the company grows, this individual will have the opportunity to evolve into a CRO-level leadership role.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the sales organization to drive revenue growth and support the company's long-term vision.

\n

• Serve as a player-coach, balancing strategic leadership with active involvement in key opportunities and customer relationships.

\n

• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.

\n

• Partner with executive leadership to shape go-to-market strategy, operational priorities, and company growth initiatives.

\n

• Build and optimize scalable sales processes, systems, and metrics to support continued expansion.

\n

• Provide forecasting, pipeline visibility, and market insights to guide business decisions and revenue planning.

\n

• Collaborate cross-functionally to align revenue goals and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

\n
