A leading payment technology company is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Sales to lead its US enterprise sales efforts. This is a remote-first role, open to candidates based in the United States , with a focus on acquiring and managing relationships with large-scale enterprise merchants.

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales function, developing and executing the US enterprise sales strategy, and driving new business with large-scale merchants.

\n

This role requires a hands-on commercial leader with deep experience in payments and a proven track record of closing complex, high-value enterprise deals across the US market.

\n

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
\n
• Develop and execute the US enterprise sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
\n
• Identify, engage, and close high-value partnerships with enterprise merchants
\n
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across major US businesses
\n
• Drive go-to-market initiatives and expansion across key US verticals
\n
• Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
\n
• Work closely with Product, Partnerships, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to drive growth
\n
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and innovation
\n

Candidate Profile

\n

\n

\n
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience within payments, fintech, or payment technology
\n
• Proven track record selling payment processing or related solutions to US enterprise merchants
\n
• Demonstrated success closing complex, high-value enterprise deals
\n
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale sales teams
\n
• Deep understanding of the US payments and enterprise commerce landscape
\n
• Established network of relationships across enterprise merchants and key decision-makers
\n
• Excellent communication, negotiation, forecasting, and strategic planning skills
\n
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
\n
• Must be based in the United States
\n
• Comfortable working within a remote-first environment
\n
