Head of Sales – SAP SuccessFactors
\n \nKeylime Consultants | United States | Canada | Remote
\n \nKeylime Consultants are working with an established boutique Consultancy that is looking to expand its SAP and HR technology business with the appointment of a Head of Sales – SAP SuccessFactors .
\n \nThe role will primarily involve establishing and running a Sales function around SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters and related technologies. My client is a boutique build/sell/service partner with strong functional/technical teams, in need of a hunter to utilise their SAP connections with SAP and generate pipeline.
\n \nThis is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an experienced Sales professional with a strong track record of developing enterprise relationships, winning business and developing sales strategy. Working at a senior level across the SAP and enterprise technology market, you will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy and take ownership of major sales pursuits from initial relationship development through to proposal, negotiation and close.
\n \nYou will also work closely with existing clients to identify opportunities for account growth and have significant flexibility around the services that can be positioned to clients.
\n \nThe role will involve regular engagement with C-suite, CIOs, CHROs, HR technology leaders and other senior decision-makers , requiring someone who can establish credibility quickly and understand both the business and technology drivers behind large-scale transformation programs.
\n \nCompensation: $200,000–$300,000 OTE with uncapped commission , with additional incentives potential based on performance.
\n \nIf you have strong SAP relationships combined with a proven enterprise sales and business development track record, this could be an excellent opportunity to take on a high-profile commercial leadership position.
