Role Overview

\n

We are looking for a highly experienced, aggressive and relationship-driven Enterprise Sales Hunter to drive new-logo business and revenue growth across the US market.

\n

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience selling technology and IT services to large enterprises, with a proven track record in OSS/BSS, managed services, digital transformation, cloud, data, AI and related technology services .

\n

This is a hunter role focused primarily on identifying new accounts, creating executive-level relationships, opening strategic opportunities and converting them into large, multi-year services engagements.

Key Responsibilities

\n

New Business Development

\n

\n
• Identify and acquire new enterprise logos across the US.
\n
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
\n
• Develop account-entry strategies for Fortune 1000 and large enterprise customers.
\n
• Prospect into C-level and senior technology executives, including CIO, CTO, CDO, Chief AI/Digital Officer and VP-level technology leaders.
\n
• Drive the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closure.
\n
• Consistently achieve or exceed annual bookings and revenue targets.
\n

• Strong track record as a new-logo hunter rather than primarily an account farmer.

• Demonstrated success selling large, complex IT services engagements .
\n
• Existing relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and senior technology decision-makers.
\n
• Experience selling into Fortune 500 / Fortune 1000 organizations.
\n
• Strong understanding of OSS/BSS, managed services, digital transformation and AI services .
\n
• Ability to sell consultatively and articulate business value rather than simply selling technology.
\n
• Strong executive presence and communication skills.
\n
• Proven ability to build relationships from cold outreach through C-suite engagement.
\n
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
\n
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
\n
• Willingness to travel extensively across the US when required.
