Responsibilities

Partner directly with the CEO to lead strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth and operational excellence.

Manage cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, operations, marketing, finance, compliance, and customer experience.

Identify, negotiate, and develop strategic partnerships that support long-term business objectives.

Prepare executive presentations, board materials, investor communications, and company-wide messaging.

Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that provide visibility into organizational performance.

Create operating rhythms that improve accountability, communication, and execution across leadership teams.

Identify operational challenges early and lead initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.

Prioritize multiple high-impact initiatives while ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with company goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a high-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or another fast-paced business environment.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations and communications.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.

Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated success building scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks.

Willingness to travel as business needs require.
