responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and alignment with business needs drive reporting, analysis, and performance tracking support the production of alternate format beneficiary correspondence manual validation and transmit of print jobs using designated file transfer methods and systems to internal and external print vendors ensure all jobs are completed according to established deadlines vendor interface for any issues with jobs sent over for processing and completion manual tracking of all daily jobs and volumes, including letter type ensure Operating Procedure Manuals are updated as required be a knowledgeable bridge between clients, project managers and technical staff to define, document and share business requirements and expected impacts identify and escalation file, data, or production issues that may impact quality or delivery support user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution and solution implementation activities Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools Strong analytical and business process skills Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of CRM – system navigation and usage Ability to create and maintain documentation Reliable and accountable, someone who shows up, stays engaged, and delivers consistently Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Able to work independently and in team environments Core Competencies Demonstrates proficiency in data analysis and reporting, ensuring efficient service delivery while maintaining strong communication between clients and technical teams.
