Service Advisor

Fette Ford is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Clifton, NJ. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service by coordinating vehicle repair and maintenance services while ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers a competitive salary range from $85,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year, paid weekly. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their service needs and concerns. Schedule vehicle service appointments and coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely repairs. Explain recommended services and repairs to customers in a clear and concise manner. Provide cost estimates and seek approval for repairs before work begins. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Handle customer questions and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction. Work closely with parts and service departments to expedite vehicle repairs. Promote dealership service specials and related customer loyalty programs. Requirements Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer service role in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology is a plus. Familiarity with dealership management systems is desirable. A valid driver’s license and a customer-focused mindset.
