Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters, including probate, wills, civil, family law, and personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorney in preparing legal documents and case files
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development
• Attend court hearings and client meetings to provide legal assistance
• Draft and review wills, trusts, and probate documents
• Support clients in family law matters including divorce and custody issues
• Collaborate with team members on litigation and trial preparation
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to cases

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
• Strong knowledge of probate, wills, civil, family law, and personal injury law
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
