Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, document visitor activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and preparing clear, accurate reports. Maintain a professional presence while supporting a welcoming environment and following Allied Universal and site requirements. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
