Senior Manager, People Systems & Insights

We are building and expanding our Organizational Strategy & Delivery team within the HR department, focusing on operational excellence, systems optimization, and data-driven decision-making. As the Senior Manager, People Systems & Insights, you will lead a team of analysts responsible for HRIS and People Analytics. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping the infrastructure, tools, and insights that power our people strategy and employee experience. What You'll Do Lead and develop a team of HRIS and People Insights analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to support team growth and performance. People Systems (HRIS) Management Oversee the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems and tools. Partner with HR, IT, Finance and external vendors to ensure systems meet business needs and deliver a seamless employee experience. Drive system enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption through training and change management. People Analytics & Insights Translate workforce data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions across the employee lifecycle. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support talent planning, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with HR senior leadership to develop monthly management reporting, executive reporting and quarterly board reporting. Collaborate with HRBP team and HR senior leadership to analyze compensation practices across the firm and develop a compensation philosophy and best practices for ongoing scalability. Collaborate with business leaders to identify key metrics and deliver insights that align with organizational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Talent Management, Finance, Operations and Advisor Success to align systems and analytics with broader business strategies. Support integration efforts for new advisory practices by ensuring data and systems readiness. Process Optimization & Governance Establish data governance standards and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes through technology and analytics. What You'll Bring 8+ years of experience in HR operations, HRIS, people analytics, or a related field, with at least 1 year in a people management role. Strong understanding of HR systems (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, ADP, UKG) and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel). Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage change in a dynamic environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Experience in financial services or a high-growth environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirewell
