Screw Machine OperatorWe are looking for a skilled Screw Machine Operator to join our team for the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:15 pm. The role involves operating and adjusting screw machines, inspecting finished parts using basic measurement devices, and following written instructions to complete proper documentation.ResponsibilitiesOperate and adjust screw machines efficiently.Inspect finished parts using basic measurement devices.Follow written instructions and complete proper documentation.Operate multiple-spindle screw machines.Check tolerances and use measurement tools.Adjust cutting speeds as necessary.Essential Skills2 years of machine operating experience.Ability to read tape measure accurately.Experience with Davenport, Acme, or Hydromat machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsProficiency in machine operation and general production.Strong inspection skills using a tape measure.Join a team that values precision and quality in production. Safety protocols are a priority to ensure a secure and productive workspace.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Zeeland, MI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
