This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, solving problems on the floor, and making sure production runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently.

About the Role As Production Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities, support your team on the floor, and ensure we consistently meet our quality, safety, and output targets. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running on time while maintaining high food safety standards.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise daily production operations and team performance
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always followed (GMP/HACCP)
• Monitor production schedules, output, and efficiency
• Troubleshoot issues and reduce downtime on the line
• Support training and development of production staff
• Work closely with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate production records and reports

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and safety targets
• Supervise and coordinate production staff on assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, company procedures)
• Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time
• Track yield, waste, and efficiency performance on the production line
• Troubleshoot production issues and minimize downtime
• Ensure proper use of equipment and report maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Enforce sanitation, hygiene, and housekeeping standards
• Train, coach, and support production team members
• Work closely with quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce safety procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
