Restaruant Kitchen Manager

:

We are looking for an experienced pizza chain Assistant General Manager with a proven record of growth to lead our Hungry Howie's team.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent (Required)
• Pizza Restaurant Experience: 2 years (Required from a major pizza company)
• Driver's License with reliable transportation(Required)
• US work authorization (Required)

Responsibilities:

• Manage shift leaders, crew members, and drivers and train new hires constantly
• Hire new team members and conduct interviews every week
• Do bank deposits several times a week
• Build the labor schedule every week
• Be on call to assist employees every day
• A problem solver and proactive
• Maintain and achieve store goals, including but not limited to sales, delivery time, and labor % goals
• Keep constant communication with owners to resolve issues
• Update owners with daily reporting
• Be available to cover shifts as needed
• Manage inventory and create food orders every week
• Manage store cleaning and organization
• Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision of store outlets
• Responsible for resources management

Pay:

• $15-$17 per hour based on experience
