With a growing international presence across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America, we help organizations turn ideas into outcomes through cutting-edge technology, industry best practices, and deep technical expertise.We’re expanding our team and looking for driven professionals who want to build impactful solutions in a collaborative, high-growth environment.Location: Stamford, CTDuration: 6 MonthsWork Type: OnsitePay Rate: $40Required Skills:Support for Desktop Win 11 and Voice-related issuesPosition Overview:On-site support with dedicated engineers during core hours for Enhanced Desktop Support Users.Services delivered at:600 Washington Blvd., Stamford, CT (Primary Site)35 Nutmeg Drive, Trumbull, CT (Disaster Recovery Site)Walk-up, phone, and email support with no appointment needed.Full incident resolution related to Local Services.Replacement/swap of faulty equipment and peripherals using Client’s-owned stock.General IT guidance and support for user devices.Management of local consigned hardware stock for break-fix and service requests.Logging of Incidents or Service Requests on behalf of users when required.Completion of Service Requests that can be resolved directly on-site.Implementing small service improvements based on recurring user feedback.Providing both ticket-based and in-person (“shoulder-tap”) support for Desktop and Voice-related issues.MatchPoint Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
