The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal proceedings, including pleadings, investigations, depositions, and insurance, with a particular emphasis on Bid Protest Investigations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal issues, contribute to our team's success, and further develop your legal career. Responsibilities Drafting, reviewing, and filing legal pleadings, motions, and discovery materials. Conducting thorough and detailed investigations related to legal matters. Representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. Providing legal counsel on insurance matters, including policy interpretation, claim handling, and dispute resolution. Leading Bid Protest Investigations, including analyzing procurement documents, preparing protest grounds, and representing clients before government agencies. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services. Staying updated on current laws, court decisions, and industry trends to provide informed legal advice. Assisting in the development and implementation of legal strategies to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar and in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a proven track record in pleadings, investigations, depositions, and insurance. Demonstrated experience in Bid Protest Investigations. Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex legal information. High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
