Human Resources Generalist

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employees and leaders across multiple locations while helping deliver exceptional HR programs and services. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions and concerns. Support employee relations matters through coaching, documentation, follow-up, and resolution. Partner with leaders to address performance and behavioral concerns while ensuring consistency and compliance. Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews and identify trends that strengthen employee retention. Lead new hire benefits orientations and assist employees with benefit questions. Process benefit enrollments, life event changes, and terminations. Support benefits invoice reconciliation and vendor issue resolution. Coordinate COBRA administration and employee communications. Administer and track FMLA, Paid Family Leave, Disability, Short-Term Disability, Personal Leaves, and workplace accommodations. Guide employees and managers through leave processes while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies. Maintain HRIS data accuracy and support audits, reporting, and process improvements. Generate HR reports and analyze workforce metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and policy compliance patterns. Review and support corrective action documentation to ensure consistency and best practices. Partner with Paycom support to troubleshoot eligibility, transmission, and system-related issues. Assist with performance review cycles, manager follow-up, and HR record maintenance. Support recruiting and onboarding initiatives as needed. Assist with HR training and development programs. Collaborate closely with HR leadership to enhance employee experience, engagement, and retention strategies. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a Human Resources Generalist or similar role. Experience working within an HRIS platform. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting benefits administration. Experience administering employee leaves and accommodations. Experience analyzing HR metrics and workforce trends. Familiarity with Paycom or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
