Job Summary:

Calvado Care, a leading provider of person-centered care, is seeking a highly experienced and organized Human Resources Director to support one of our newly acquired homes in the Buffalo area. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance and success of our facilities. Responsibilities:

• weekly payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state regulations

• Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent

• Ensure the facility is compliant with federal and state laws, maintaining a strong reputation for Calvado Care

• Collaborate with the management team to implement company-wide policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• CHRC compliance

Requirements:

• Long-term healthcare experience required

• Strong knowledge of human resources law and compliance

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (n/a)

• Minimum 3 years of experience (n/a)
