Bilingual Sales Engineer

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Bilingual Sales Engineer (Mandarin/English) to support business development and client relationships for a construction team specializing in system hook-up and equipment installation within semiconductor facilities. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical or construction background who can bridge communication between Taiwan HQ teams and U.S. clients while supporting project coordination and sales efforts. Position: Bilingual Sales Engineer Location: North Phoenix, AZ Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Range: $70,000 – $90,000 DOE Schedule: Monday–Friday Responsibilities Support client relationships and business development within semiconductor construction projects Assist with proposals, quotations, and basic technical documentation Coordinate with project teams on system hook-up and equipment installation scope Act as a liaison between Taiwan HQ and U.S. clients, subcontractors, and field teams Attend meetings and site visits to understand project requirements Track project pipeline, client communication, and sales activities Support cross-functional coordination to ensure project execution Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, project coordination, or construction-related roles Background in construction, MEP, semiconductor, or equipment installation preferred Familiarity with system hook-up or industrial installation is a strong plus Strong communication and coordination skills in a client-facing environmentOrganized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting Willingness to grow within a developing U.S. team Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr HotFoot Recruiters
