This primary care facility provides comprehensive healthcare services to adult patients with established protocols for routine medical care. The facility operates during standard business hours and maintains dedicated support staff including front desk personnel and medical assistants to ensure quality patient care delivery.

Connecticut offers diverse attractions including the Mystic Seaport Museum, Foxwoods Resort Casino, and numerous state parks that provide recreational opportunities. The state features agritourism experiences such as Lyman Orchards in Middlefield, which spans 1,100 acres and operates throughout the year. Visitors can engage in activities ranging from zipline adventures to cabaret entertainment and family-friendly events that incorporate pop culture themes.

The physician associate will provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients Monday through Friday with no weekend requirements, managing approximately 20 patients daily. Clinical responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing chronic and acute medical conditions, and maintaining accurate documentation. The clinician will work collaboratively with front desk staff, medical assistants, and potentially other advanced practice providers to ensure quality patient care delivery.
