Operations and Assistant Office Manager

Elevate your career and become the operational anchor of our successful firm at Regency Plumbing & Piping, Inc.! We are searching for a full-time Operations and Assistant Office Manager in Orange, CA!

You will earn $20 - $30 hourly as our valued Operations and Office Manager. We believe in taking care of our team, which is why we offer a robust benefits package that starts on day one:

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS:

  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    • Manage invoicing, job costing, and collections
    • Process preliminary notices, lien or bond filings, and supplier releases
    • Maintain compliance with OCIP/CCIP, CRA/PLA requirements
    • Open job accounts with suppliers and ensure timely payments
    • Bill clients monthly with AIA billing
  • Administration
    • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits

    • Support recruitment and general office operations

  • Payroll
    • Process weekly payroll in QuickBooks and reconcile employee hours

    • Ensure accurate tax payments and withholdings

  • Experience with AIA billing
  • Experience with QuickBooks and working in a construction office is preferred
