Senior Accountant

Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Healthcare Tech space that’s redefining how technology drives performance and innovation. With explosive year-over-year growth, they’re looking to add a Senior Accountant who can wear both hats; accounting and finance, to support their expanding operations. Overview This is a true hybrid role that blends core accounting responsibilities with financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being close to the numbers, but also wants to interpret them, someone who can move seamlessly between the month-end close and a dynamic forecast model. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage month-end and quarter-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting Prepare and analyze financial statements, journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules Conduct variance and trend analysis to identify key business drivers and performance insights Partner with FP&A on forecasting and annual budget preparation, providing data and analysis to support strategic decisions Monitor expenses and departmental performance against budgets, highlighting risks and opportunities Assist with process improvements, automation, and system enhancements as the company continues to scale Support external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or progress toward CPA preferred 3+ years of experience in public accounting or tech industry experience is highly preferred Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and present insights to leadership Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools a plus Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Why This Role This is a standout opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and visibility.
